Tausyiah in Almunawar Grand Mosque
Assalamu’alaikum warohmatullallhi wabarokaatuh,
Hamdan li Robbin Khosshona bi Muhammadin
Wa anqodznaa bi dzulmatiljahli waddayaajiri
Alhamdulillahilladzii hadaanaa bi ‘abdihilmukhtaari man da’aanaa ilaihi bil idzni waqod naadaanaa labbaika yaa man dallanaa wa hadaanaa
Shollallahu wa sallama wa baarok’alaih
Alhamdulillahilladzi jam’anaa fi hadzalmahdhor,
All praise to Allah S.W.T The Most Gracious, who always wants to embrace all His servants to get closer to Him, in each day and night always He wants to get closer to us, to get closer to all His servants, the beloved Moslem people, the followers of sayyidina Muhammad S.A.W wa barak’alaih, until eventually comes the obligation for sholat (prayer), the obligatory prayer which is not sunnah (strongly recommended by Prophet), but fardhu (duty), Allah obligates us to always close to Him, in certain times of ghoflah (forget to worship/lazy) and in times when you start to forget about Allah, the time for prayer is tightened and narrowed by Allah, as we already known, that between the noon time until sunset is the time when people are quite busy, at that time indeed Allah S.W.T, (*has) created sholat dzuhur, sholat ashar, sholat maghrib, and sholat isya, not wanting His servants to forget Him, being protective if His servants get away from Him to their busy days that make them forget about Allah, how great Allah is.
Hence there are guidance from The Prophet in forms of sunnah that makes us even get closer to Allah S.W.T, as He embraces us tightly, the more we follow sunnah the more we are embraced by His blessing and gentleness, until each of our sit down and stand will always be protected by dzikrullah, while sitting we pray, stand up we pray, leave the house we pray, eat we pray, drink we pray, enter the house we pray, in every situation or condition we pray and pray, that’s the sunnah of Muhammad Rasulullah, showing that the higher the rank of someone, the more he performs sunnah, the closer he gets to Allah, the more he calls Allah’s name, the more he prays in his every condition.
How magnificent Robbul’alamin is, the more you raise your rank by following sunnah, certainly the closer you are to Allah, with reciting dzikir, with nabawi prayers being taught by Rasulullah S.A.W, so that all things are advised to start with basmalah, the most noble words, resuming all blessing and heavenly grace since the world is created until the end of time, “bismillahirrahmanirrahim” in the name of Allah, Arrahman Arrahim the meaning is the same like The Most Merciful and The Most Loving, but Arrahman is the love of Allah in forms of all benediction towards all His servants, the faithful ones, the unfaithful ones, Moslems and non-Moslems, the believers, the sinners, from any groups, they receive Allah’s blessing from Allah’s name Arrahman, they still could see, they still could drink the water from Allah, they still could see with the eyes belong to Allah, because they don’t create the water nor their own eyes, don’t create their six senses, Allah S.W.T still give them although they are not Moslems, although they are animals or plants, or tyrants, or sinners, of faithful ones, hence all the blessings that have been here since the world is created until the end of time, all resumed within one word “Arrahman”,
My name and all of your names are also within the ocean of Arrahman, which always receive blessing and benediction all the time and every second, all the blessings. Then the word Arrahim is the love of Allah specially only for His faithful servants, the pleasure of praying, the beauty of performing silent prayer (munajat), the enjoyment of bowing down and the eternal heaven, all of these are resumed by Allah’s name, Arrahim. Hence when someone says “bismillahirrahmanirrahin” he calls in the name of Allah that unites all pleasures since the world is created until the end of time, until the eternal world. The world “bismillahirrahmanirrahin” resumes all pleasures zhohiron wa bathina (body and soul) dunia wal akhiroh (on earth and beyond), such a short sentence unites all things in the world, all happiness, all pleasures created by Allah, all within one sentence “bismillahirrahmanirrahin” and Allah makes people are always within this sentence in all conditions, when sitting it’s advised to recite basmalah, when standing also, before eating or drinking, all started with basmalah, basmalah, basmalah, always we bind ourselves with The Almighty who gives blessings zhohiran wa bathinan dunia wal (also) akhirat, if we follow these sunnah, any disaster will be changed into blessing, if we drink something that might contains of mudharat (difficulties/carrying problems) for us, if we use basmalah hence it will become blessing for us, also our condition, our behavior, leaving our house in which would cause us any accident, but because we recite “bismillahirrahmanirrahin” the accident will become the blessing of Allah, so great and powerful, ladies and gentlemen, the miracles (mu’jizat) from sayyidina Muhammad S.A.W, because sunnah of the Prophet and His guidance are the miracles of Rasulullah, not from the dignity of our words, because if it’s from the dignity of our speech, it depends on us, whether we are khusyu’ (solemn) when reciting it or not, but when we have the intention to follow the sunnah of The Prophet, we have revealed the power of miracles from sayyidina Muhammad S.A.W, will come His blessing which is greater and more dignified.
Rasulullah S.A.W always guides us to receive happiness in the world and beyond, and He (*He is) Allah S.W.T The Closest to us, even closer than all servants, when we were inside the world of womb, we were only together with Allah, when we are inside the grave, also we are only with Allah, not with friends, not with enemies, no lovers, no friends, no enemies, alone for a thousand years inside the grave, only those souls of the faithful people would certainly gather together.
Ladies and gentlemen being glorified by Allah, Rasul the messenger of blessing in the world, the messenger of benediction and love on earth, he always guided us towards prosperity in all aspects of life, in performing worship, in making family, in society, in all kind of things, how magnificent the guidance from sunnah of the Prophet while saying, as written in Shohih Bukhori, “man kaana yu’minu billaahi wal- yaumil-aakhir falaa yu’dzi jaarohu" whoever is faithful towards Allah and the Judgment Day, don’t hurt his neighbors, "wa man kaana yu’minu billaahi wal-yaumil-aakhiri fal-yukrim dhoyfahu" whoever is faithful towards Allah and the Judgment Day, he is supposed to respect his guests, " wa man kaana yu’minu billaahi wal-yaumil-aakhiri fal-yaqul khoiron au liyashmu" and whoever faithful to Allah and the Judgment Day, kindly speak about good things or be silent.”
This Hadits, ladies and gentlemen, is written in Shohih Bukhori "whoever is faithful" says Rasulullah, the purpose of saying this towards Rasul in order to make faithful people listen carefully, “man kaana yu,minu billaahi wal- yaumil-aakhir falaa yu,dzi jaarohu" those who are faithful towards Allah and the Judgment Day, don’t disturb their neighbors”, here comes, ladies and gentlemen, one warning or criticism, when there are so many celebrations on maulidinnabi S.A.W, hence some of them make this hadits as hujjah (argument/proof) that the Maulid celebration and such things disturb neighbors, this hadits is made as proof to reject such celebrations, based on the reason from Prophet’s statement: “man kaana yu,minu billaahi wal- yaumil-aakhir falaa yu,dzi jaarohu" faithful people towards Allah and the Judgment Day not to disturb their neighbors; if the neighbors feel disturbed, then it’s certainly become sins (wrongdoings) and is against sunnah,
Ladies and gentlemen, the maulid celebration or majelis dzikir (gathering to recite dzikir together), or majelis ta’lim are not meant to disturb the neighbors, they are indeed give benefit to the neighbors. Is there any other fortune better than the puring rain of blessing from Ilahi and all the neighbors share His blessing although they aren’t attending the maulid, it’s just like sharing the heritance of diamonds and gold in one place, being distributed towards those who attend as well as towards their neighbors, do you call this as disturbing the neighbors? Indeed this is beneficial for neighbors, unless if it’s the sinful performance on stage, getting drunk and the likes, this certainly disturb neighbors. But the shallowness of understanding amongst some Moslem people make them turn this hadits upside down, makes them don’t understand the puring rain of blessings within their area and its surroundings, in which will wipe away all disaster and problems that come their way simply because of the majelis dzikir or majelis maulid, or majelis sholawat, or any other majelis (religious gathering) that glorifies Allah and Rasul, carrying blessing and luck to the surrounding areas, such activities that must be preserved, ladies and gentlemen.
“wa man kaana yu,minu billaahi wal-yaumil-aakhiri fal-yukrim dhoyfahu" whoever is faithful to Allah and the Judgment Day, he is supposed to respect his guests; al-Iman ibnu Hajar al-Asgholani in his book Fathul baari bi syarah shohih bukhori, quoted one of the stories, that Prophet S.A.W as written in Shohih Bukhori; once when there was a guest, and doesn’t have time yet to come outside to greet his guest, Rasulullah seemed to be angry, saying; na’udzubillah (protect me, O’ Allah) from the guest that is su’ul khotimah (die in a bad way), na’udzubillah from the terrible guests, then Rasul S.A.W came out but still he approached his guest with the nice face and with greeting, after the guest went home, His wife, sayyidatina Aisyah r.a asked, "O’ Rasulullah just now before you meet with the guest, you were asking for Allah’s protection from that evil guest, but still you meet him,” Rasul S.A.W commanded, "O’ Aisyah it’s not good for someone to show bad things towards his guests". Al-Iman ibnu Hajar explained, although the guest who came was a very bad guy, until Rasul knew it that the guest would die in a bad way (su’ul khotimah), still he wasn’t supposed to disappoint that man by not meeting him, but some of the Ulema give explanation towards those who are in doubts or in a condition of badly ill, then they may avoid to meet their guests, but not for keeping them away from the terrible nor good guests, not for this reason, but for not extending their terrible condition or illness to hurt their guests.
Then, let’s continue with this hadits: "wa man kaana yu’minu billaahi wal-yaumil-aakhiri fal-yaqul khoiron au liyashmut" and whoever is faithful to Allah and the Judgment Day, kindly speak about good things or be silent.” The meaning is not that he couldn’t speak at all, but when he is trapped in one bad or good conversation, better he chooses the good thing, and if his words would become slander, or might be wrong, might be right, better if he doesn’t speak, why? A quiet person if the conversation in front of him is correct, he doesn’t go against it, but if what they are talking about is wrong, he doesn’t approve it, he is saved by being silent. The meaning is, when there is one debate or conversation or a matter being discussed, and he doesn’t know which one is right and which one is wrong, he better be quiet, because if he speaks, if the conversation is wrong, he will also get the sins, and if the conversation is right and he doesn’t know or in doubt, by being silent he doesn’t oppose it.
That is, ladies and gentlemen being glorified by Allah, when there is a debate on one matter, if we are in doubt which one is right and which one is wrong, being silent is safe “fal-yaqul khoiron au liyashmut” this is, my beloved audiences glorified by Allah S.W.T, the magnificent of the sunnah from our Prophet Muhammad S.A.W.
Rasulullah S.A.W declared, as written in Shohih Bukhori: “kullu muslim shodaqoh”, each conduct of Moslem people is shodaqoh (alms/charitable gift), the comrades asked; how could he give shodaqoh O’ Rasulullah if he doesn’t have possession? Rasulullah S.A.W replied; if he doesn’t have any possession for alms, he works and then gives alms from his earning. The comrades asked again; O’ Rasulullah what if he also couldn’t do that? Perhaps he doesn’t have a job or his earnings are only enough for his family, doesn’t have enough for alms, hence Rasul said; he could help someone in needs, perhaps by helping someone to push his engine-troubled car, by helping those in needs, although not with possession, is counted as giving alms.
There it goes, ladies and gentlemen, the comrades asked again, O’ Rasulullah; what if he couldn’t do that either? Is not able to give alms, or there is nobody to give the alms to, or he couldn’t help those people in needs either, in any case there is nothing to do to help, then Rasul commanded; “fal-yaqul khoiron wa amara bil-ma’ruf” ask people to do good things, ask them to attend majelis dzikir, ask them to go to mosque, ask them to attend majelis ta’lim and talk about good things. Then comrades again asked, O’ Rasulullah; what if he couldn’t do these either? Perhaps he is elderly or sick and couldn’t go out from home, or paralyzed, impaired or other reasons, what should he do if he couldn’t do anything? Thus he can prevent himself from not disturbing others, keep himself from not disturbing others is shodaqoh, Islam and guidance of the Prophet will not leave any single thing behind, unless with it the merits of dignity, in any condition, the ones who are able to give alms, give it, those who are not able to work, help others in needs, it will become the merits for giving alms although not with possessions or money, if we are still not able to do this, then ask people to do good things, talk about good things, those all equals to get the merits of giving alms, alms, alms, if we are not capable, don’t disturb others, because keeping ourselves from not disturbing others equals to the merits of giving alms, this shows how magnificent the sunnah of our Prophet Muhammad S.A.W is, try to get to know the beauty and magnificent of your own life.
Ladies and gentlemen, here we are now to the hadits that we read tonight, “kullu ma’ruufin shodaqoh” this is already the completion of all, “all the good things are shodaqoh” says Rasul, Al-Iman ibnu Hajar in his book Fathul baari bi syarah shohih bukhori, explained the meaning of the word ‘shodaqoh’ in this hadits is not shodaqoh infaq, but it’s a merit, that is giving shodaqoh towards ourselves also including in the merits, doesn’t have to perform shodaqoh to others, shodaqoh to ourselves by performing good deeds, helping others, inviting others towards good things, this is shodaqoh towards ourselves and will get merits, “kullu ma’ruufin shodaqoh”, Al-Iman ibnu Rajab ‘alaihi rahmatullah in his book “Jami’ul ‘ulum wal-hikam” explained that the meaning, Rasul has ordered all good things in the past and in the future, it has been ordered by Rasul, none of them mentioned as new things as long as it’s good, it’s bid’ah dholalah, nothing, Al-Iman ibnu Rajab quoted the command of Allah S.W.T: “innallaha ya,murukum bil-‘adli wal-ihsaan wa iitaaidzil-qurba wa yanhaa ‘anil-fahsyai wal-munkari wal-baghy….ila akhiril ayat ” Imam ibnu Rajab said; this verse doesn’t miss any good deeds in this whole world, since the era of the Prophet until the end of time (akhiruzzaman) unless it has been ordered by Allah. While all the bad things, be it from the Prophet’s era or even before that, this verse has forbidden all bad things that were not found in the Prophet’s era, such as narcotics that wouldn’t be found at that time. Then, will forbidding the abuse of narcotics be considered as bid’ah? Certainly not!
Beloved audiences, there are many denials and sinful actions that had not been existed in the era of Rasul are considered forbidden as those are sinful actions. The same thing goes with ma’ruf (beneficial) actions, the good things that had not been found in the era of Rasul, we are allowed to perform those actions that will bring us merits, as written in Shohih Bukhori; that sayyidina Utsman bin Affan doubled the adzan (summons to prayer) for Friday prayer, this is the story of Shohih Bukhori, performed first by sayyidina Utsman bin Affan r.a, and had never been performed in the era of Rasul. Then why would he make it twice? Because there were many more Moslem people coming from as far as Madinatul Munawaroh, if adzan was only recited one time, there would be many Moslem late for prayer, hence sayyidina Utsman bin Affan r.a decided to make it two times, which was then followed by sayyidina Ali in his Caliph era karromallahu wajhah wa rodiyallahu ta’ala ‘anhu and followed by all Mazhab (schools or trends of jurisprudence), there are no mazhab performed one time adzan, unless nowadays many people only perform adzan once.
It is performing ikhtilaf (creating variety or differences) with sayyidina Utsman bin Affan r.a and sayyidina Ali bin Abi Thalib, and all jama’atul mazhab, supposing that there is someone who feels that he knows better than Caliph Utsman bin Affan and Caliph Ali bin Abi Thailb, who would be that person? All the comrades at that time followed the rules of sayyidina Utsman bin Affan and certainly Rasul has declared: “follow my sunnah, wa sunnatul-khulafaurrosyidin” follow my conducts and the actions of all khulafaurrosyidin r.a ‘anhum wa ardhohum (the four major comrades of Rasul s.a.w). This is a good action that was not found in the era of Rasul, that sayyidina Utsman bin Affan made adzan twice and such action was acknowledged by all mazhab, this refers to the command of Prophet S.A.W,”kullu ma’ruufin shodaqoh” all the good actions are merits, all the good things, like putting the lamps in a mosque, which certainly were not existed in the era of Rasul, as at that time there were no lamps, or buying cables to be installed in a mosque, for example, although it wasn’t existed in the era of Rasul as long as it’s a good action, it will bring merits to those who perform it.
Among others is performing maulidinnabi Muhammad S.A.W, this is a good deed, benefiting the Moslem people and would not bring detriment, and if people say they spend so much money only for the maulid celebration, don’t ever say; ONLY FOR, because this is for the sake of syi’ar (proclaim the religious teachings) amongst Moslem people, no such action is considered isyrak (polytheists/unbelievers), nothing is mubadzir (superfluous/]extravagant) when it comes to giving it to Allah and Rasul. How about Abu Bakar As-Sidiq r.a that spent all his expenses only for Rasulullah without sparing it a bit for his children and wife, is it called isyrak and mubadzir? Certainly not! as it’s for the sake of fighting for religion. We have witnessed how the singers are worshipped in their stage by their admirers, shame on us ladies and gentlemen, these admirers spent Rp 10.000 to Rp 50.000 or even more simply to see their idols, to be together with them, they miss maghrib, isya and ashar prayers but they don’t care, as long as they could attend the concert, they spend their money, and if the singers or idols come from foreign countries, they could spend thousand or even million rupiahs! Ladies and gentlemen, who attend such events, non Moslems? Apparently not, the majority is indeed Moslems. Seeing such thing, we should also enliven and crowd the noble things and ma’ruf (bring benefit) such as maulidin Prophet Muhammad S.A.W, if you want to deny something, go deny those sinful stages, don’t deny maulid of Prophet, people gathering and reciting sholawat are much better than no gathering for sholawat towards Prophet Muhammad and gathering of people who love Rasulullah S.A.W.
Rasul S.A.W is a person with the most magnificent manners, his behaviors and whatever he does are always gentle and beautiful, so that when a Jewish passed by in front of Rasul’s house, Rasul was with his wife Aisyah r.a, the Jewish said: “assaammu’alaikum”, ladies and gentlemen, here is a difference between ”assalamu’alaikum” and “assaammu’alaikum” without lam, sam means accident and curse, that Jewish did it on purpose when saying: “assaammu’alaikum” accident towards you and cursed; sayyidatina Aisyah replied angrily; laknatullah ‘alaikum”, and kept on being angry, while Rasul S.A.W commanded: “innallaha yuhibbu ribbik fi kulli amrin” (*O’ Aisyah, Allah likes) gentleness in any matters” Allah doesn’t favor force, sayyidatina Aisyah said: O’ Rasulullah awalam tasma’ don’t you hear what he said just now, he said that we are cursed, still Rasul S.A.W said enough if you say:”wa’alaikum” that’s it, no need to stretch the matter, “innallaha yuhibbu ribbik fi kulli amrin” Allah S.W.T loves gentleness in any matters, that’s how magnificent our Prophet Muhammad S.A.W is, that’s why he has the most followers because of his gentleness and love, soon people converted to Islam, for his gentleness and love and this is mentioned by Allah: "wa inkunta fadhlan gholizhon qalb lan fadhlu min haulik” if you are strict, rude and cruel, everybody will leave you O’ Muhammad” this command of Allah S.W.T has taught his heart to be gentle, ladies and gentlemen, therefore we witness the magnificent of the Prophet’s behaviors.
As mentioned in Shohih Bukhori, one of the comrades came from a small village and had been converted to Islam. He’s a Moslem but had yet to know Islam perfectly, then he entered Nabawi mosque and urinated inside the mosque. At once he was surrounded by other comrades, some were very mad at him, some scolded him, some wanted to hit him, how bad-mannered this person is, urinated inside Nabawi mosque, only Rasulullah S.A.W who was gentle to him, the rests were angry, only Rasulullah who didn’t get angry, Rasul said: let him finish what he’s doing, after finished let’s inform him that this isn’t a place for pee, then Rasulullah ordered a comrade to soak and spray the spot until it’s clean, no anger, no scolding, no harsh warning from Prophet S.A.W towards the person who urinated inside the mosque, when praying, this person also prayed, hence he prayed to Allah: “Allahummarhamni wa Muhammada walaa tarham ma’ana ahadaa” O’ Allah pity and bless me and Prophet Muhammad and don’t love anyone else but me and Prophet Muhammad”, said the villager, after praying, Rasul turned his head to him; innaka qod hajjarta waasi’ah” you want to prevent blessing from The Almighty.
This proves that a perfection of faith is by loving Rasulullah S.A.W more than any other creatures, “laa yu,minu ahadukum hatta akuuna ahabba ilaihi min waladihi wa waalidihi wan-naasi ajma’iin” this man came from a small village in a bad condition and bad attitudes, with such a beautiful behavior he had been lifted towards the peak of perfection, so that he didn’t want to pray for other people than him and Prophet Muhammad S.A.W, although his conduct was wrong, because if you want to pray, pray for all people, but this man was naïve, this villager as seen how naïve his love is towards Prophet Muhammad S.A.W, he didn’t have any other love left, didn’t pray to anybody else, nor his friends, family, relatives, he only prayed: “Allahummarhamni wa Muhammada walaa tarham ma’ana ahadaa” O’ Allah pity and bless me and Prophet Muhammad and don’t love any others but me and Prophet Muhammad” indeed this was the peak of love although not in the right place, but we saw how the beautiful behavior, changed from the worst behavior, like urinating in a mosque into the peak of perfect faith because of the magnificent of the manners of Nabiyyuna Muhammad S.A.W. Many people converted to Islam because of such gentle and kind manners, how beautiful those who love Prophet Muhammad S.A.W because of these good manners, and Allah also loves with the words: “wa innaka la’alaa khuluqin ’azhiim” Allah gives the Prophet the strength and position that wouldn’t be given to any other creatures.
We often hear the word ”istighotsah”, this is my last topic for tonight, we often hear the word istighotsah, it means praying and performing silent prayer, and istighotsah towards mankind is calling the name of the mankind to save ourselves. Such thing is denied by some of us, by saying that istighotsah is only for Allah, asking for help, “ya (*only towards) Allah”, can we ask for help by saying “ya Muhammad”, this is denied by some of our Moslem brothers. Ladies and gentlemen, istighotsah is allowed by Prophet S.A.W with nash sharih (acknowledged sources) the story of shohih bukhori, istighotsah is allowed by Rasul with hadits shohih mentioned in shohih bukhori, Rasul S.A.W declared: “ana sayyidunnaas yaumal qiyamah” I am the leader of all humankind in the judgment day.” When seeing there was no comments from his comrades, Rasul asked again: “ata’rifuuna kaifa dzalik” don’t you all know the meaning of the leader of all mankind on the judgment day? All the comrades answered: “Allah wa Rasuluhu a’lam” Allah and His Prophet are The Most Knowledgeable.”
Rasul said: when people have been within a span with the sun above their heads, some of them are drown with the sweats until their neck; hence they argue with one another, will we find help from the person who could help us? They go to Adam, this story was told by Rasulullah S.A.W, they go to Adam, fastaghoosu bi Adam” then they perform istighotsah, calling Adam’s name, it means performing istighotsah towards prophet Adam is allowed, istighotsah towards mankind, calling the name, O’ Adam, O’ Adam, asking for help is allowed, Rasul didn’t say it as polytheism, if it was, then it must be forbidden by Rasul, Rasul said: istaghootsu bi Adam” they perform istighotsah to Adam with the word : ya Adam innaka abul basyar” O’ Adam you are the father of all mankind.” Hence Adam said: nafsi nafsi idzhab ilaa ghoirii” myself is myself, go to other than me, this hadits shows the permission of performing istighotsah towards mankind, whether the prayer will be granted or not, it’s not the point, in this case it wasn’t granted by Allah, but when we ask whether it is allowed or not, it’s certainly allowed, because Rasul didn’t say it was syirik, or forbidden, “fastaghootsu bi Musa” they perform istighotsah again to prophet Musa, the second istighotsah to another prophet, they prayed O’ Musa, O’ kalimullah, this is calling the name other than Allah indeed, is it allowed or not? (the answer is) it is allowed, the proof was Rasul who told the story, fastaghootsu bi isa” perform istighotsah again towards Prophet Isa, being rejected again, fastaghootsu bi Muhammadin” hence they perform istighotsah towards Prophet Muhammad and they called the name O’ Muhammad O’ Muhammad, who told this story? He is the one who would never say anything but the divine revelations from Allah, he is Prophet Muhammad S.A.W.
As written in Shohih Bukhori, they called the name Muhammad, O’ Muhammad O’ Muhammad, all hands were raised towards Rasul, hence I answered: ana laha” I am the one who was given the permission from Allah to give syafa’at (mediation of the Prophet with Allah), he faced towards Allah and bowed down, "Robbii ummatii ummatii” I bow down under the Arsy Allah asking for help for my people, hence Allah replied: “idfa’ ra’saka wasal-tu’tho wasyfa’ tusyaffa’ raise your head and give syafa’at towards any people you want to give syafa’at, tusyaffa’ distribute your syafa’at! Syafa’at is abundance, ladies and gentlemen, not only from a Prophet, syuhada (martyrs) could give syafa’at, al-Qur’an gives syafa’at, shodaqoh gives syafa’at, mosque gives syafa’at, parents give syafa’at, and many others that could give syafa’at, but all those is opened by Prophet Muhammad S.A.W, because Allah said “idfa’ ra’saka wasal-tu’tho wasyfa’ (give syafa’at) tusyaffa’ (and distribute the rights of giving syafa’at) then Rasul gives the rights of syafa’at, comrades give syafa’at, the saints of Islam, the faithful people, the martyrs, each of them could give syafa’at, the rights of giving it was opened by sayyidina Muhammad S.A.W wa barak’alaihi wa’ala alih, therefore if performing istighotsah towards Rasul S.A.W will definitely be granted in the world until the end of the time will still be granted by Allah, when all istighotsah have no longer valid, istighotsah towards Prophet Muhammad S.A.W still valid.
Ladies and gentlemen, we perform silent prayer towards Allah S.W.T, may Allah S.W.T decorate our days with happiness, Ya Rahman Ya Rahim, kindly make the Moslem areas prosperous with the lovers of Prophet Muhammad S.A.W, we perform silent prayer Ya Rahman Ya Rahim for all our young people, for our citizens, for our parents, for all the Moslem conglomerates, for all the Moslem administrators, for all the Moslem farmers, for all the Moslem merchants, for all the Moslem workers, shower them with God’s guidance, and assistance and blessing and compassion and mercy.
Ladies and gentlemen, when you pray for one brother of yours, the angels would say: amin wa laka mitsluk” as written in Shohih Muslim, when you pray for one person, the angels say ‘amin’ for you as you pray”, when you pray for all Moslem people, hence billions of prayers from the angels always be for you, hence we perform silent prayer towards Allah Ya Rahman Ya Rahim, kindly wipe out our sins and the sins of our parents, give the guidance towards Moslem people, to those who are still trapped in adultery, in narcotics, gambling, and all sinful actions, shower them with Your guidance, shower them with the willingness to repent, Ya Rahman Ya Rahim Ya dzaljalali wal-Ikrom Ya dzatthouli wal-in’am.
Also not to miss that we pray for our family and friends who have passed away, those who are in happiness kindly add their happiness, those who are squeezed inside the world of grave kindly release them, those who are still crying until tonight from their grave, release them from all their scream, those who are still squirm in the world of barzakh (between the death and resurrection) trapped by their sins until tonight, kindly release them Ya Rahman Ya Rahim Ya dzaljalali wal-Ikrom Ya dzatthouli wal-in’am, glorify the majelis dzikir, make prosperous the majelis ta’lim, rise the willingness of Moslem people to gather in majelis dzikir, to crowd in the majelis ta’lim Ya Rahman Ya Rahim this is our soul which is full of sins and wrongdoings, this is our soul that always wants to avoid whatever You have ordered and always wants to perform what You have forbidden,
Ya Rahman Ya Rahim to whom we seek help, what we have in our soul and feelings, if not towards You Ya Rahman Ya Rahim, You have created us in a weak condition, You have created us to always pray to You, hence we call Your name, The Almighty, the Name in which starts all the happiness, by calling Him will fall down all sins and disasters, all trials and problems, Ya Rahman Ya Rahim, O’ The One who creates happiness and mercy throughout the time and era, we call Your name The Most Noble, and impossible You will disappoint Your servants who call Your name, unless we have heard the command of Prophet Muhammad S.A.W: nobody prays towards Allah unless Allah would definitely grant his prayer, or if not, Allah will wipe out one sins from him, if not, Allah will take out one disaster that will come to him, therefore ladies and gentlemen, you will never lose by brightening your soul with the name of Allah, brightening your lips by calling Allah’s name, lighting up all cells of your body with the light of Allah faquuluu Ya Allahu Ya Allah Ya Allahu Ya Allah Ya Allahu Ya Allah Ya Allahu Ya Allah Ya Allahu Ya Allah Ya Allahu Ya Allah Ya Allahu Ya Allah Ya Allahu Ya Allah Ya Allahu Ya Allah Ya Rahman Ya Rahim.
Ladies and gentlemen, before we continue reciting dzikir, I have good news, whether you believe it or not, even if you don’t believe, it’s not a sin, remember our brother who just returned to Australia and who last Monday night was here with his mother? this afternoon I just received his message, that he dreamt that he saw hujjatul Islam wa barokatul anam al-Imam Abdullah bin alwi Al-Haddad, stood on his grave, when he asked; where are you going, Imam? He replied; I will attend the majelis Rasulullah, tonight we listen to qosidah (sung the Arabian poems) from KH. Abdurrahman Mukhtar, qosidah al-Imam Abdullah bin alwi Al-Haddad hujjatul Islam wa barokatul anam, in which he already memorized more than 300 thousand hadits with its sanad and matan law, shohiburrotib (people who compiled Ratib), this afternoon he dreamt, he was in Sydney, Australia, he dreamt of al-Imam Abdullah bin alwi Al-Haddad, stood on his grave and when asked; where are you going, Imam? He replied; I will attend majelis Rasulullah.
We pray together with the spirits of faithful people, with the presence of ahlu badar, with the presence of ahlu uhud, Ya Rahman Ya Rahim, and has been received news from our website, that one of the audiences of this majelis, saw the presence of Rasul and ahlu badar in this majelis, the presence of the comrades, as mentioned by Nabiyyuna Muhammad S.A.W: “ruh junudun mujannadah” spirits are the grouping troops” if they love each other they will unite, if they separate and dispute they will be scattered, spirit is not the same as body, the death spirit stays united with the living spirit as long as they love each other, for example, when sayyidina Bilal bin Robah was dying, he said: I am happy because I will meet with the spirit of Prophet Muhammad S.A.W and His troops, that was the last words of Bilal bin Robah, and also written in Shohih, when Rasul S.A.W finished praying for the people who died in war in the mu’tah field, came the spirit of sayyidina Ja’far As-shodiq saying the farewell greeting, showing the spirit could come to visit the living ones if allowed by Allah S.W.T,
